We're Growing!

I'm almost 6 months along and getting used this belly has been interesting for everyone in the family!  Cozmo thinks it's just another soft spot to lay.  Caitlyn has really been moving around a lot.  Vandy is painting the nursery this week and we've ordered all the furniture.  Thanks to the grandparents, we're gonna be set!

Here's a clip from the ultrasound where she has the hiccups. I bet we've watched the entire video 20 times! Vandy is mesmerized by her! He's already trying to decide who she looks like.

It's a Girl!

We got to see our baby girl today!  She was moving all around and even had the hiccups during the ultra sound.  We are pacing one day ahead of normal and she weighs 9 ounces.   Everything looked great!  Now we can do some major shopping!  We're half-way there!

We got to hear the baby's heartbeat yesterday!  It was 144 beats per minute, which doesn't help at all to tell whether its a boy or a girl... but the important thing is that it has a good strong heartbeat!  We will be able to find out for sure what it is October 31st!

I am now 15 weeks along and have a bump!  We go to the doctor on October 13th to hear the heartbeat and then on November 3rd we should find out if it's a boy or a girl!

We're Having A Baby!

Since 1996, we've been Coker & Vandy to all of  our friends and family.  Well, now things are about to change...there's going to be a Baby Vandergriff!    We are thrilled and extremely excited to open the next chapter of our lives together!  Cozmo and Cidney are pretty excited, too!
